This vegan raspberry, banana smoothiebowl will bring joy to your tummy and sets you up for a great day. With just 10 to 15 minutes this delicious Breakfastbowl is also suitable for a stressful mornings. Create a healthy and colorful breakfast with lots of good ingredients.

Step 1

Soak the oats and chiaseeds

This builds a good base and lets us not only have a more balanced breakfast, but also adds texture and flavour when we later mix everything together.

Do this over night or when you wake up.
I like to use boiling water, especially in winter. Pouring it into the bowl will give the oats that extra mushiness without the effort of cooking.

Step 2

Blend the raspberries, 2/3 Banana and plant milk - put on top

Bananas are perfect for blending because even though being blended and thus getting faster into the system of our bodies, it will not spike our bloodsugar. For example like apple juice other blended/pressed fruits will do.

Step 3

Add toppings - best part

The many options of toppings are a chance to add more nutriens and richness to this smoothiebowl. Playing around with tastes and combinations inevitably results in a beautiful dish. Always leaves me in awe.

The extra peanutbutter really makes the difference - a little more protein is never wrong.
